Filing Station Restaurant & Bar, Perth May 2006 - Current
Assistant Manager - Here I work alongside the manager. I am responsible when on shift for the full and successful running, of the restaurant and bar.

Parklands Hotel, St Leonards Bank, Perth November 2003- May 2006
Assistant Manager - Here I worked alongside the two owners and one duty manager. I was responsible when on shift for the full and successful running, of the 14 bedroom 4 Star Small Hotel. I was hands on, and took active running with our two restaurants. One is bistro style and the other is fine dining.

Compass Group/Eurest, Co-Op Superstore, 74 Telford Street, Inverness June 2003 - October 2003
Manager - Here I was solely in charge of a 72 seat restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas. I also control all budgets and work with Gross Profit Margins. I also organise the rota, training, stock ordering and rotation. Left to return to a higher management position within Hotels.

Restaurant Team Leader. Here I helped run the restaurant along with two others. I also worked in the bar, and as night porter (for holiday cover). The restaurant had a total of 100 covers.
