Move into the management side of Hospitality- Gained December 2001 - Employed by the Thistle Hotel, Inverness. (Assistant Restaurant Manager)
2002 - Continue up the Management Ladder - Manager Iguana Wana
2003 - Work up the Management Ladder, within a successful hospitality industry. Or leave, only for promotion. - Moved from Palace as Team Leader (Restaurant) to Compass Group (Restaurant Manager), and the to Parklands Hotel (Duty Manager)
Also to gain more education related to this industry. - Started with Elementary Food Hygiene - October 2003
2004 - Gain futher experience at new level and challenges - Duty Manager at Parklands gave me this.
More Qualifications - Started SVQ in Hospitality Management and Online Training in Management for Tourism Professionals
2005 - To Develop my knowledge base, and use this to support a business into a higher standard and increase a reputation positivly. Work closly with a team, to develop everyone in a professional manner
2006 - To Assist in the successful running of a successful restaurant/bar and train and expand my knowledge to be able to take charge of a restaurant in early 2007
